SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic (Indonesia) Standard shipping across Indonesia. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

International We ship to 28+ countries. Delivery takes 7–21 business days — customs processing varies by destination. Flat rate: IDR 330,000.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping rate.
